The classic tile set is our take on an American mahjong tile set and is beautiful, dainty, and feminine. We incorporated some of our favorite colors as well as some beautiful symbols and icons.

The tile set comes with your choice of a custom sized lucite display box that is just the right size for this beautiful set OR a two tone color-block velvet tile bag. Each tile set comes with two dice and a tile guide that shows all of the tile designs on one side and some things to remember about the game of mahjong on the other side, just in case you need a quick refresh. 

Material: 

  • Luxury layered acrylic tiles with hand painted custom designs.

Size:

  • Each tile measures 1.25" X 0.9" X 0.5"
  • Acrylic box measures 10" X 6" X 3"
  • Velvet tile bag measures 14" X 8"

Set includes:

  • 160 tiles (36 bams, 36 craks, 36 dots, 8 flowers, 16 winds, 12 dragons, 10 jokers, 6 blanks). Remove 2 jokers and 6 blanks for National Mah Jongg League play.
  • choice of a 10 mm lucite display box OR a two tone color-block velvet tile bag in either pink/pink, teal/pink, or lavender/pink

Beautiful Set and Great Customer Service

Upon reading my previous review, the owner swiftly found my email and sent a new set of tiles to replace the wrong set.

I am so grateful. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate our ability to make repairs and adjustments to mistakes.

I will definitely keep Bam Bird in mind when ordering Mahjong sets and accessories.

While I recognize the challenges of owning a small business, I do think it is important to have a phone option for times when email gets lost in the shuffle.

These tiles are STUNNING! They also have a great feel and I loved that you could choose a bag or the display box for storage. The price is so reasonable compared to other companies and the travel racks are splendid as well. Can’t wait to revisit the boutique to have a better look around but so glad that BBB is local!
