Wrong product delivered and no customer service.

I received the wrong product and after a week of sending an email I have yet to receive a response to make an exchange for the product I ordered.

Bam Bird is the BEST.

I have literally not had a purchase from here that I have not adored immediately. The mat is flexible, tiles look great on it, and large enough to give good coverage on my game table, but not too thick to carry to friend's homes! Also just want to throw in a plug for their customer service- if you have a question, they truly get right back to you! Thank you!

Neoprene mat

Love the mat, the lavender color is so pretty, and I love my monogram and butterfly in the corner. The tiles glides so well on the mat. I just wish it came with some type of storage/carrying option
