This set is so pretty it truly makes playing more enjoyable. The quality is wonderful. I do wish the tiles were a hint thicker but they are lovely. This set will not disappoint.
Love the bambird product! Great price point for the quality. Their color combos are beautiful! I’ve purchased four sets as gifts. The reason for four rather than five stars… I wish the logo on top of the tiles was centered. I don’t think I have OCD but it does bother me and I find myself needing to line up the logo. Also, the plastic racks really cheapen the set. Everything else is quality, then you get to the racks.. I’ve replaced them with another brands more than once and I’ll do it on the two sets I just purchased. Just saying, I’d rather pay a bit more for quality wooden racks with a detachable pusher. I’ve also purchased the travel set which isn’t really travel sized because of the odd acrylic racks that are huge! They come apart, hence the “travel” but they are too long and bulky and heavy. Thankfully I was able to purchase the more compact wood version from another company and they fit the Bambird tiles perfectly! Problem solved! Three easy things that could be improved! I do hope the owners consider. Everything else is excellent!
I love that Bam Bird has paid true homage to the essence of Mahjong traditions and artistry, all with vibrant eye-catching colors, textures and playful jokers in these beautiful East Meets West tiles. I’m so excited to have them and cannot wait to host friends for many years to come! The Bam Bird mats are also thicker and better quality than many other mats I’ve played on. I love the color palettes for the entire line. These ladies have an eye for blending soft pastels or saturated colors to create an entire ambiance for the game. I’m also not sure how you’ll ever be able to beat their customer service. They responded to multiple questions I had in record time and went above and beyond to help me. So very grateful my good friend knew about them and shared their info with me!

Honestly haven’t opened the package yet because it’s a Christmas present. But I can absolutely give a 5 star review based solely on customer service of this great company! They go above and beyond! I will absolutely buy from them again!
